High fever,head ache,dry cough,body ache
I've been having fever for last 5 days. Generly it comes in night. I am having dry cough and full body ache. I am taking PCM from last 3 days. Which cures my fever for 2 or 3 hours then again fever comes. Due to fever i am also having head ache.

Hello. Very Good morning. As per your history given by you, I think before come to any diagnosis, you should go for the following investigations as follows :
1. Ns1 Antigen test for Dengue fever.
2. MP ANTIGEN AND PERIPHERAL SMEAR FOR MALARIA.
3. Rapid Typhidot Igm, test for typhoid fever.
Please don't ignore this. For the fever you can have Tab. DOLO 650 mg as required after measuring the fever. Kindly come to practo chat with reports for your evaluation and treatment part as soon as possible cause you are suffering from 5 days. Take care. Regards.
