Typhoid or not?
Was down with fever,body aches,headache,fatigue,upper abdominal pain and grumbling sound,cramping,medium consistency stools for 5 days and now for the past 3 days there is no fever but still have all other symptoms mentioned.
Got a fever profile done.All tests came negative except for WIDAL test.
I have attached the report .Please suggest me something regarding this.

First of all since you are afebrile for 3days now, it seems that you are doing well.
Second of all, WIDAL is an ancient test that used to be done and it doesn't even matter if it comes positive.
Need to see your fever profile and the reports of your routine investigations.

Not typhoid. Can be a bacterial or amoebic infection of intestine which is treatable
