It could be gastritis.
Take pan 40 1-0-0*5 days 20 mins before breakfast.
Avoid spicy and oily food.
Don't sleep as soon as you have food
Walk for atleast 30 mins daily.
Drink atleast 3L of water every day .
If you have pain abdomen, vomiting sensation or blood in vomit. Kindly consult.
