My mother is of age 53 years. She has regular constipation problem. Since 7 days , she had little pain in her nose ...now from three days her nose is paining too much and is become red as you can see in picture attached. She is also a regular patient of blood pressure and her blood sugar is also on boundary line and sometimes increases to 140 to 150 as measured at home by Dr. Trust glucometer. She has also been a Covid patient in may 2021. She has been vaccinated in April 2021. Since then her constipation has not gone away...

Level na and can I do brisk walking and along with exercise in a zym ...through a dash  diet and low sodium salt intake it can reduce it ...in present im. I'm 26 years old and since I was 5 years whenever it's raining or its cold or a sudden drop in temperature I get heavy cough sneeze and running nose I have tried medications unani ayurveda everything but day by day it gets worse I cannot find a solution for my condition for 25 years
