I am having a bit of cough and been sneezing for a few days. Today i had some yellow phlegm in spit and drop of blood . After that my spit has been white . Anything to worry ? What could this be ?

From last 3 4 days my mouth becomes dry even i am drinking about 3 to 3.5 liter water per day I am felling dryness in mouth

I am 36 years old  today I have done blood test and my platelets count is 124 ,should I consult with doctor

I have read that in a medical biochemistry(mbbs1st book) drinking alcohol upto 70ml per day is ok. So,is it ok to consume alcohol once in a month for refreshment?? I want to healthy and not want to gain weight with that alcohol. Can i take alcohol ones in a month with in a limit? Because medical book only saying not a problem less than 70ml of alcohol per day. Please suggest me I want to chill or refreshment once in a month. Please dont blame me it's a normal think and aslo I have a doubt Thank you

Since last 2-3 days I have pain in lower abdomen and lower back. I was suspecting a UTI due to increased urine frequency. I did a urine test, both routine and culture test came back clean.
