20Days Ago while going in bike, a dog near me coughed and i can feel the Heat in my foot and i saw there is a little bit breach in skin and also athlete foot. Should I need to worry about it?? Please anyone help.

Hi I have daily fever in the evening/ night- max 102° Also mild cough and cold along with weakness and mild body pain since the last 8 days. Took homeopathic medicine and paracetamol each time there's a fever. Got general tests done, but all indications like platelet count,CBC, LFT,KFT, HbA1c, thyroid are normal. What could be the issue here?

Dint even take a single dose of vaccine yet. Was infected with covid twice hence the delay. However I got the second negative report on 14 Aug,21. What are major risk factors for heart disease ? Im 24 years male with normal bp, normal sugar, normal cholesterol.. and no family history of heart disease.. at present having gastric ulcer, and GERD.. sometimes having sharp pain , pinching pain in centre and left side of chest And left arm pain ... I done ECG, ECHO, TMT everything is negative but having dizziness and breathing discomfort... What is cause of dizziness and breathing discomfort... Or any heart related problems ??

For last week I m suffering from fever. Blood platelets count are not stable are ranging from 1.3L to 1.1L.Already consulted doctor and now last three days been administered with antibiotics no fever for last 3 days, but till Platlet count are not coming to normal Any idea what could be reasons.
