I am having healthanxiety issues mainly cardiophobia I am having increased heartbeat when walking for little distance also like I do always concentrate on heartbeat Its like pounding heartbeat in ears is this heart related or due to anxiety

I have done  full body routine check-up recently and got some count beyond the range, so just wanted to confirm that.

I'm 28yrs, I weigh 51kg my height is 4feet 11inch. Pulse rate is 79bpm. I'm having lightheadedness from past 4 days. While sitting also I have mild lightheadedness and sleepiness. I have other problems such as feeling hungry after eating, mild chest pain now and then from past few days , sometimes weakness in arms especially in biceps,experiencing diarrhea since 1 day, however no loss of Appetite. 1year back I had chest pain neck pain so had undergone ecg, it came normal. Can someone explain y I'm having these symptoms ? Do I need to get a ecg done again? R these all related to heart? Am I having a stroke?

I'm having typhoid and taking Azithromycin but I'm noticing black stool/motion but I'm feeling normal do not have any kind of pain Can someone please tell me what's the reason of black stool do i need to get this check up?

I was diagnosed with dengue 4-5 days back, got hospitalised, did all the tests such as ultrasound/xray etc. But now I. Am getting some blood while vomiting i have been discharged yesterday. What should I do? Thanks. Platelet count was good.

Having fever from 3 days. I went to emergency two times abd they give paracetamol IV and saline when I was injected last time it was todays night after that fever is 100 but now having vomiting but only once today (till now) and also loose motion started can you tell what should i do? Is it severe condition?
