3 days ago that was Friday when I was watching video on you tube and listening to music I was shivering my head meaning in excitement I was forcing my head to shiver the same as when you try to wake up from bed sometimes body shivers the same way I did it to my face and head. From the time I did that thing I am having dizziness I started taking medicime from yesterday stemtil as I was having nausea while waking up only which has disappeared completely today. Dizziness the kind which I am getting is sometimes when I stand up in some place for a long time or sitting in a place or in the sun I get dizziness. Today I went to a doctor and explained him that due to listening music in excitement I shivered my face and head and he said when u did that shivering thing there is something in your ear I forgot that name which has shaken up that's why you are having dizziness so he advised me bethastin 16 mg medicine and I have taken it 30 mins ago I don't have head pain only dizzy answer pls urgen
