Hi, there are several reasons for headache. Also if it's simple tension related headache it will usually settle with T Paracetamol. But experiencing headaches frequently at regular intervals needs to be evaluated carefully. There are different types of headaches like pricking type, throbbing type, one sided, or diffuse pain etc. The reason for each type varies and so is the treatment.
