Can forcefully shivering head cause bppv I forcefully shivered my head and I am feeling dizzy and nausea went to the doctor he said as you moved your head so much your bppv has my moved inside ear causing vertigo is it so? My neck is also stiff right now if I continously walk there is no vertigo if I sit and look at something vertigo starts and if I move my head down and again up the there is vertigo so is itBppv or concussion what is it pls specify me as I will not be able to consult pls help me and answer a bit here I have explained everything pls explain me here as I cannot do consultation as I from foreign country pls help

Yea it's BPPV.
Because of the movement of head the otolith has been displaced from it's position causing vertigo.
Visit ENT specialist to relocate the otolith.
