Lower Back Pain
I am having pain in my lower back last year as well I have experienced the same kind of pain after test it was because of vitamin deficiency. Which was cured earlier my medicines now suddenly the pain started again. Please suggest.

Looking at your age it might be due to problems with your lumber spine , Avoid picking up heavy items not even a bucket of water . Start doing extensor exercises of the back everyday for minimum of 40 mins. Take calcium tablets daily for 6 months.

Do you have any trouble during urination? Are you having your medications or stopped taking them? Does the pain radiate to your legs?
Next Steps
If you have troubles urinating, please do get an ultrasonography (abdomen+pelvis) done. X-Ray of the lumbar spine if only back ache and leg ache.
