Skin rash/Patch
My two year old son developed skin rash/patch like this in picture attached here. it's not itchy it seems but it's dry. pls tell me it's dry skin or some skin allergies. i am using dermadew cream for last two days. pls advice.

It looks like allergic reaction to some clothes or dirt . Clean the area properly and avoid the clothes that might have caused this , gor safety you can use cotton clothes and bedsheets
