My sister aged 39 is having dizziness and light headed ness when getting up from bed especially in morning time for few mins, also light dizziness when turning the head while lying down... we checked her BP in sitting which was 125/85, supine -110/75 how ever when we measure BP lying one sided (left lateral position) in right arm...bp is on lower side like 79/40... is this something serious ... in other positions BP is normal

I always get an urge to take a deep breath every now and again since one year. Coughing satisfies me and i feel like a phlegm is always present in my throat and i need to clear that after each meal. I am scared.

From yesterday i have noticed a small red water filled bump under my left tongue i.e tongue floor area . They are not painful at all. When i touch the area with tongue they are soft in touch. This is the first time it is happening. Whether it is a serious?. Please suggest me. Pic attached
