I got a fever & knee pain since I taken vaccination first dose..after few days I went to doc n found that uric acid level is little high...medication is going on ..relived with the pain ..for weakness I taken bio d3 max ..but still suffering from fever 🤒

I am having fissure from past 2 months. I am taking medicine and applying ano metrogyl cream as prescribed by doctor. Fissure has occured in 6 O clock position.. My question is how much time it will take for fissure to heal ? Do I need to go for surgery?

So when i urinate i see foam, on 4th November i had done a urine routine, it showed negative for proteins. So why foam is still coming? Also i do get dehydrated very quickly... i read that thst foamy urine is dangerous which doesn't go even after flushing, in my case when i flush, it goes away.. so is that anything serious?

Hi I have sore throat from 2 days. No cold or cough. It pains bad when I get up in the morning. I think throat infection. Please suggest some effective medicine.

Sometimes I get pain in my back and then I become breathless. I feel my back is being pushed in  from backside and chest is popping out. Spo2 also drops. What is this disease ?

I have nose blockage problem from 4 to 5 days. Alternate nose get blocked. In the sleep 1 or 2 times both the nose get blocked. I have tried using vicks vaporub, nasal spray, taking steam before going bed, using vicks vaporub in steam, basic pranayama everything. But it is not getting better. Now I regularly use hot water for drinking and stopped taking curd, buttermilk and other dairy products. I don't have running nose. For some time when I forceably allow mucus out, both nose will be clear but with in few minutes one of the nose start blocking. What is the solution for this problem ?

It's been about a week or two. When touched, it hurts. Kinda same thing on upper hand as well. She has tried putting dettol liquid and betadine on it with no sign of improvement this far. What is it exactly?

Today i went to a shop which is properly ventilated like open area, i had weared N95 mask, but the surrounding peoples not wore any kind of face masks, but no one is coughing and sneezing. Only talk near me. Is i am at risk of getting covid from them. I totally spent less than 5 minutes near the peoples. And our city does not have any covid cases from the last 5 days. After coming home i properly washed my hands properly. Can i get covid , if they have ?. Please guide me i am tensed.
