If a person gets covid infected, but he/she may not feel any symptoms for some days. Does any particular symptom which is common. If i feel i have contracted the virus, but my spo2,heart rate are normal and no symptom occurs, then will it cause damage to lungs. Does heart rate increases if covid is infected?

My period is due on october 29th of this month. We are trying for baby#2 for the past 6 months. On May 6th I carried heavy weight and miscarried on the day when period is due. Today while washing vessels ,the stain on the milk vessel was heavy so I was bending and scrubbing rigoursly. He is having symptoms like 100°F fever, cold, cough, tiredness, etc. Should he get admitted to hospital? Or just home treatment from a local doctor is sufficient for now?
