I was feeling that my bowels are not getting cleared fully from last 2 days so I took isabgol and today I got loose stool that too was I feel not as much as I ate. Now which medicine should I take? For loose stool? Or for constipation?

My mother is diagnosed with seronegative Rheumatoid Arthritis and she has been prescribed methotrexat 20 weekly and omnacortil 2.5 daily, today done her blood test pls tell me is anything serous in report.

My mom 63 yrs survivor of Stephen Johnson syndrome2009 occurred due to intake of Sazo medicine( taken for osteoarthritis), height- 5'3", weight -70 kg, Later Doctor advised she is allergic to Sulpha drugs, NSAIDS and Multivitamins. Post which she tried not to take any medications however for allergy she takes Teczine10 and for Vertigo she takes Stugeron plus. Unfortunately due to drug allergy she couldn't take vaccination but she got suddenly Covid Positive confirmed on report too. Please advise the required things to do next.Stephen Johnson syndrome hereditary affected my Grandfather to pass away too. She is currently in isolation at home completely normal with saturation 99,  BP- 140/90

Hi Doctor My nose is running and blocked and feeling itchy in throat sometimes. Though no fever. No bodypains no tonsils , but only problem I have is running nose and blocked nostril. I am taking steam , mucolite , az 500 for 4 days but not have a good results. Please suggest

My father suffers from itching in butt, thighs and private parts 1 hour after having even a tiny bit of chilly or hot spices like ginger, kadi patta, pepper, tulsi, coffee etc. He used to like to have very spicy food but now he can't eat any. He doesn't smoke or drink or chew Tobacco. Please help.

Hi, I am having dengue ( 8th day ) and my stomach is tight and upset. I am able to eat everything but seems like it just stays in stomach and takes time in digestion. Can I take hajmola or any other medicine for my stomach

My mom was having fever last 4 days back and after consultation doctor prescribed dolo 650 and ceftum but again from yesterday she is shivering and her temperature also increased to 101. So again we consulted doctor and did blood test and widal test report comes as S typhoi o (1:80) rest others as (1:20) .. so wanted to know if she has typhoid or not as doctor prescribed her to take 4 injections for next 3 days twice a day.. my concern is that whether she has typhoid or not and doctor started giving her injection saying she has typhoid which I think is not correct as per report.. attached the report as well for reference.. kindly anyone suggest

Is ferritin level 146ng/ml is too high?                                Am I at risk of iron overload ?

Hi My brother did regular health check-up. His bilirubin level is high and there are few abnormalities in blood test also like RBC is high and MCV,MCH, MCHC are lower I am attaching reports, can you please help to know if anything serious? High Bilirubin indicates liver damage?

For last two days I've been feeling tired and like dizzy whenever I change positions. I used.to have positional vertigo before. I've also changed cities and can't take delhi winters and feel uncomfortable in the cold with aches all over somedays in my joints. Last night had chest pain and on my right shoulder blade. So kept some heat for a while. And had digene suspecting gas. But now it's 24 hours. I still feel random chest pain now and then and pain on my right and left thighs which keeps changing. Extremely sleepy and tired. Not sure if it's cause of anxiety or of something more serious. Weight -95, height - 155 cm Current issues - Thyroid, Slipped disc and disc degenerating, borderline cholestrol.
