I have tested positive for covid and dr has prescribed Ecosprin without advising any blood tests. Is it safe to take ecosprin? Should i do any blood test for ecosprin?

Wouldn't recommend taking ecosprin without there being a risk for thromboembolism.
Kindly take a second opinion.
Would be advisable to do a D-dimer and CRP
Before consulting.
