Dear patient, please don't worry.. if high BP and high cholesterol levels are the only medical conditions you have got currently, taking a single dose of ecosprin will not cause any harm to you. Ecosprin is usually given for cardiac patients, stroke patients and others who are prone for blood clot formations as therapeutic or prophylactic treatment. The concerned side effect of ecosprin that is  bleeding can be mild bleeding from gums or while brushing to massive bleeding internally. But these are always associated with long term usage of this drug and very rarely with a single dose, unless you have any medical conditions where ecosprin is contraindicated. For example any coagulation disorders, recent trauma, injury or surgery, chronic gastritis. In your case, since you have hypertension and also high cholesterol levels, this medicine would have acted as a cardio protector.
