Ecosprin 75mg is prescribed for my father in law who is recovering from Covid 19...the side effects in different websites are different..are there any complications after taking this medicine.. please advice

There are no side effects to low dose aspirin (ecosprin 75) Only contraindicated in bleeding disorders(many there) ,gastric and duedenal ulcers etc
Low dose works just as an anti platelet agent
