Mostly even 75mg aspirin per day and Atorvastatin 10mg daily is good enough.
Apart from high lipid levels, what problems do you have?
High aspirin levels carry risk of internal bleeding. High Atorvastatin can cause muscle pains and liver toxicity.

Taking Ecosprin available 150 twice daily without a physician consent may cause more harm than any benefit due to its aspirin content.Go back to your physician, discuss your phobia and try reducing the dose.
You increased it by your own.
I think its not advised and can cause harm.
Ecosprin has certain indications to start. Usually not given at your age for only dyslipidemia .

Dear patient, the maximum dose of ecospirin for prevention of a stroke or heart attack by preventing clot formation is 150 mg of ecospirin and reducing cholesterol is 80 mg of statin ( in your case ecospirin is 150* 2 and atorvastatin ? * 2) which is not recommended, as ecospirin is an antiplatelet and can cause bleeding issues on long term high dose usage, starting from mild bleeding gums or bleeding while brushing to massive internal bleeds
So kindly cut down the dosage to one time.. preferably continue the night dose only.
Health Tips
please do trust your doctor and follow his/her orders for your own good.. kindly do not treat yourself without consulting a specialist

Dear Patient,
I understand your concern about taking **Ecosprin AV 150 twice daily** and your wish to discontinue it safely. Here’s what you need to know:
Key Points About Your Current Medication:**
1. **Ecosprin AV 150** contains:
- **Aspirin (75 mg):** Blood thinner to prevent clots.
- Atorvastatin (75 mg): Cholesterol-lowering agent.
2. **Your Current Dosage (Twice Daily):**
- **Aspirin (150 mg total/day):** Higher than standard preventive dose (75–100 mg/day).
- **Atorvastatin (150 mg total/day):** Exceeds maximum typical dose (80 mg/day).
Risks of Self-Adjusted Dosage:
- **Aspirin Overuse:** Increased bleeding risk (e.g., stomach ulcers, brain hemorrhage).
- **High-Dose Statin:** Muscle pain, liver enzyme elevation, or kidney strain.
Safe Discontinuation Plan:
1. Do NOT stop abruptl(especially aspirin, due to rebound clotting risk).
2. Step-Down Approach:
- **Week 1–2:** Reduce to **Ecosprin AV 150 once daily**.
- Week 3 onward: Transition to **plain Atorvastatin 40–80 mg/day** (if cholesterol is still high) and **Aspirin 75 mg/day** (if clinically indicated).
3. Monitor Symptoms:Report any chest pain, weakness, or unusual bleeding.
Critical Next Steps:
- Consult a cardiologist to reassess your:
- Cholesterol profile.
- Cardiovascular risk factors (e.g., BP, diabetes, family history).
- Need for ongoing antiplatelet therapy.
