Pan D should be taken before food.. next time take it before food after food you can take antibiotics

Pan D (Pantoprazole and Domperidone) is advised alongwith an antibiotic course to prevent gastric acidity.
If you are not feeling any heartburn or acidity you may skip it and continue the next dose as advised.

If u have missed ur morning dose of pan d don't take a dose now unless u are having heart burn or a feel like vomiting. Take the dose as usual from tomorrow morning empty stomach first thing in the morning.
