18th of jan should be the last quarantine day. A total of 14 days of home quarantine is best. Although government has restricted it down to 5-10 days.

You should  be in isolation  for a week atleast from the day you have been diagnosed with covid. If you start having  symptoms  you might need to extend it for 3 more days else if u are symptoms less u can end your isolation after 2 more days as you hv been in isolation for 5 days already Hope this helps
