Hello sir/mam Yesterday my dog bite my toe, it bleeded He's been vaccinated till date with anti rabies and other vaccines, he is around 1.5 years old golden retriever Wound has been started healing but still have swelling, My dog's doctor said its not a problem But still i visited a doctor and he give me tetanus and anti rabies injection, and he said i have to take 4 more injections, on 3,7,14 and 28th day Wound in not deep at all Should i really have to take those injections??

Doctor i completed my Last 4th Day 28 anti rabies intradermal Vaccine on 9th December vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 4 dose and today on 25th December 2021 a street dog scratch my ankle with nails with minor little bleeding no wound so now how many dose of rabies vaccine i have to take 2 dose or full course ?

So since few days i am sensing a pressure(not pain yet) while swallowing food. Please mark the location of the white dot. Sometimes during burping when i am empty stomach also causes pain sometime... 2 months back i had usg for stomach pain, it was normal but only 2.9mm gb polyp was there which the doctor said is normal and can be avoided. Recently i was getting nausea, and stomach burning type feeling in the epigastric region and also gnawing feeling.. i consulted a doctor he prescribed me, ulgel a syp 3times a day, providac 2 times and sompraz d40 twice a day.. for 5 days. It resolved 95% of my problems. But during and after the course i started feeling this kind of pain while swallowing or burping, is this a symptom that ulcer or something was there and its healing? Or what can be the other cause? Please guide me.

I have a problem of extremely cold hands and feet, from last 2-3 months. In cold conditionsthey get extremely cold and feels very uncomfortable. Along with that i have palpitations, back of head and neck tightness and pain. And also flushing of face happens sometimes. And my blood pressure rises to 140/100 especially the lower reading is very concerning. Also i have frequent need to go to bathroom for urination. I tried anxiety medications of these symptoms but they don't help. How to treat these symptoms especially the cold hands and feet. These are very concerning. Please provide some effective medication for this.
