Since last 10 days I am having sour taste in mouth and acidity . I am taking pantocid 40 in mornings since last 2 days. The sour taste is still continuing. Is there any issue which could be ? Is this something serious ?

From yesterday i am having lot of gas trouble and burpings. Today i also burped alot. But i am having some itchy sensation in left side throat which leads to occasional coughing. And at the same time some sensation in right ears also. And also i feel like something is stuck at the right sided throat. I am not in contact with a covid patient.

Good afternoon doctor, today I feel some symptoms like headache jaw muscles pain full body cramps and stick saliva without fever or anything and feel difficult to move and speak. But speak easily but not continue. Feel like weak leg muscles and arm muscles. Is this rabis?? But I have bite from any animal from last 10 months. My wife is having backache from last 3-4 days, What medicine can be given as she is breast feeding mother of 9 month baby.

I am coughing from last 2 weeks I completed the course of 10 days of doxypill and montear and I also took muacin 600 and cough syrups before that. After taking 10 day course it reduced but after stopping medicine it came back. Not that much but still some cough is there. Should I do an ESR test to see if it is an infection?
