During routine checkup , serum calcium was 10.6( normal upto 10.2), albumin was 4.7, total protien was 6.7. Gone for ionized calcium it is 1.22 mmol/l (normal range 1.12-1.32). Is it normal to have my serum calcium high with normal ionized calcium. Also do serum calcium needs correction with albumin?

Hi, Actually I'm obese and have recently started losing weight. I started working out at gym around 4 months back and have lost around 15kgs of weight. But along with this I feel that I have started experiencing constipation after every few days, even after having good amount of water and fiber. Hi, actually the middle finger of my left foot feels a bit numb to me like there is sensation on touching or pinching, but along with a feeling of numbness. This happened to me few months back too with my right foot, in which dorsal area of food felt a bit numb, and it got resolved after 3 weeks of Vitagreat tablet as suggested by doctor. Can you please help me know that what can be the reason for this numbness again and if it's vit b12 then what can be the reason for frequent low level of b12?
