Flu

I have PCOD. I feel sleepy all the time. I have disturbed sleep and moreover I work from home, so there is not much physical activity. I get sleep when people are talking to me or when I watch tv. My eyes keep fluttering. I feel tired. With the work stress, I have lot of acne and this whole situation makes me cry daily. I have lots of hair loss and facial hair too now. Day doesn't go by without me crying. I dont know what's happening. What should I do? Whom should I consult in specific? Please help.

Having fever , cold and cough and having a body pain alot , I got fever today and having a body pain , and suffering from cold and cough vomited one time and headache issue I'm having headache alot both my eyes are like I'm feeling like it's burning I'm not able to do something related to my work I wanna get relief from this by tomorrow any how because I have my classes and it's very necessary to attend that class , the only thing is I want a relief and proper sleep so that i can be on my classes on time by tomorrow

Got drenched in rain. Have fever and diarrhea for the past 2 days and yesterday I had a fever @101. Today morning I was fine but now once again I have fever @102.3 F. And my breathing rate is 24 p.m. Heart rate is 78 and oxygen level is 98

I got a cat nail scratch. Scratch was a little. But a thin lining of blood came out. I already got rabies vaccination 4 to 5 yrs back. What should i do now? Do I need another shot of rabies?
