My pulse rate ranges from 62-79 bpm for today, yesterday my pulse rate gone till 90 bpm. I am not doing any kind of exercise. Took ecg and tmt before 7 months which were normal. Sometime heart rate flacuates. Can i have heart blocks or should i worry about the flactuating heart rate.?

I was having back, neck, arm discomfort and pain since 1 week for which dr gave Xykaa MR tab 1-0-0 for 5 days. He said it was muscle tightness. 1 month ago i got dengue with 104° fever 3 weeks ago I got anicteric hepatitis Over 2 weeks ago I got Covid with 99°Fever I forgot to tell doctor that I had anicteric hepatitis recently. So, is it safe for me to take Xykaa MR? Recent LFT attached.
