There is a hard painless immovable small (1cm) bump/lump on mid back. Is there any lymph node in this region? I'm very worried as I think I have had it for few years but don't remember exactly. It's not visible in pictures or to the naked eye. Can only feel it with fingers. What can I do?

I touched the fur of a street cat (fur was damp/cold). My finger has some skin peeling on top of it (pics attached). No bite /scratch. Also 95% sure no saliva contact. My daughter is 29 years few months back in February she feel left chest pain lightly and this pain moving chest to back. Sometimes only pain feel in chest and after few days her pain was gone on its own but suddenly from 2 days she felt same pain and weakness also. She have a sleeping problem and she just sleep around 5 hours. My question is why does this she feel? Anything wrong or just muscular pain?

At the age of 29 felt lower left chest pain and sometimes this pain moved to left back and feel weakness. Why it is feel? Is it normal muscular or any heart problem?
