Doctor i completed 4 dose intradermal anti Rabies vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 from government hospital 1 Month Ago and today again a street dog scratch my ankle with nails with minor little bleeding no wound so how many dose of anti Rabies vaccine i have to take booster dose or full course ?

Respected Doctors, I am having BP 178/118 today . yesterday was 195/117 . I am taking Telma 80 mg , Amlopres 5 mg. Though I had been careless in past months , Sometimes taking the medicine, sometimes not . Please suggest.

Hello Doctor, I have completed my rabies vaccine course from our village hospital on 2020. This year on the month of October I got scratched by a cat again. So went to the hospital again and they started the 0,3,7,28 schedule. But I wasn't able the take the 28th vaccine. Now a few days ago a new cat has scratched me again. What should I do? Taking Cilacar T for high BP. Last 3 days the BP is in the range of 140-150 /110. Having headache. Also others telling swelling in my face. Checked Serum Creatinine and  is 0.8 Uric Acid is 7.3. As suggested by doctor in nearby clinic, Can I take Telmikind H in place of Cilacar T for a week and re-check BP.

My mother was taking tenlimac 20 for last 2-3 years and her blood sugar was in control, 1month ago her blood sugar want bit high so doctor change her medicine to Tenlimac M 20/500. Today on testing her blood sugar was fasting 197 and ppbs 291. What medicine should be taken to treat the same.
