This is a season when you can get flu easily as bodies immunity is hampered due to many reasons. As with surging cases of COVID it may be due to that aslo or something else. As your fever is not coming down you need some further tests & medications. Consult for further queries. Get well soon.

Can you specify the degree of fever? It can be anything , normal flu or covid. Do u have any other symptoms? Wait for 2,3 days and start other measures for covid meanwhile. Keep taking Dolo650 6-8 hrly(as needed).
