Flu

I don't have any habits such as smoking and alcohol drinking. I am not over weight. But I am an engineer, as per my profession I work 12hrs daily. I snore a lot what ever may be the sleeping position. I tried to sleep by side though I get snore. Please suggest me treatment

My mother is 47 years and having cold cough fever. Fever is like at night and when she take medicine of fever like paracetamol she become normal but at night fever comes again. Please help me

Respected sir or mam I just check my bp plz check yesterday I went to a doctor they given me a tablet stamble 5mg tablet 1 time in a breakfast sir will I start taking medicine or through a diet .and brisk walking .jogging it will became normal  and from last many days I have taken.lots of salt intake in a luke warm.water for doing a gargel .sir my weght is 105 kg im 6 feet my  question is that ..will I start doing zym in evening ...im sharing u bp label plz check and guide me

My mother is of age 53 years. She has regular constipation problem. Since 7 days , she had little pain in her nose ...now from three days her nose is paining too much and is become red as you can see in picture attached. She is also a regular patient of blood pressure and her blood sugar is also on boundary line and sometimes increases to 140 to 150 as measured at home by Dr. Trust glucometer. She has also been a Covid patient in may 2021. She has been vaccinated in April 2021. Since then her constipation has not gone away...

Today morning sir I have a litle infection in my eye lids it became litle swelling . I just went it to a eye opthologist they have given me some medicine combiflam tablets tell me to take 3 time in a day for 3 days .has given   ocuplx ointment and given me an eye drops and tell me to do a hot water compress 3 times sir my question is that after taking stamelo medicine can I take combiflam.tablets 3 times in a days for 3 days it will not rased my bp. Level na and can I do brisk walking and along with exercise in a zym ...through a dash  diet and low sodium salt intake it can reduce it ...in present im. Taking only boil vegetables ...with a pinch of low salt intake and brown rice and muselli nuts and roti carrot and beetroot salad im sharing u plz check guide me it is my present blood presure after coming iy from zym after 20 min I check
