Hi, I am from India. I was bitten by a dog about 3 weeks ago and I got my 4 vaccine doses on days 0, 3, 7, 14. I have one more dose on day 28. I got the rabies immunoglobulin on day 3. The dog bit me on my leg which was covered by my pajama. I made the mistake of not discarding it right after coming home. It was washed along with the other laundry the next day(a gap of 15–20 hours from the bite). But in this intervening duration, my mother handled it and put it in the laundry to be washed. Now, I am worried if she got infected and hence other family members as well. Shall I get all of my family members vaccinated?

I have several queries. Please answer each one separately. All are after doctor's advice. 1. I wish to know how much time gap should be there between having breakfast and thyroid medicine. 2. If I am on medications for different illnesses and are supposed to take after lunch/breakfast/dinner should i take immediately after it or after few minutes. 4. An elder person in my family aged 64 was having loose stomach so he took imodium - 3 tablets yesterday and one today and now his stool is not coming out and urine is blocked also. He has taken meftal spaz for painkiller. Any other home remedy or med he can take to relieve constipation ?
