I applied a lot of dettol instant sanitizer (3 drops) (72% alcohol denatured I.P.) on my hand and I ate sweets after that which was wet so I think some of the dettol sanitizer went in my mouth, i am very worried about methanol poisoning as it was denatured alcohol. Should I go to a hospital?

Respected sir I mostly get up. In morning 5 am I do brush and take a 2 cloves of garlic with a luke warm water and went outside for doing a brisk walking 50 minutes everyday  and take oats .with a toned milk with a skimed toned milk with  adding a honey. Almonds .pestachios and apple .carrot and after doing breakfast and  I take green tea in a 20 minutes gap of completing my breakfast and in lunch I take half cup brown rice With a 4 roti with a salad and boil.vegetables with adding a pinch of salt and in evening I do zym exercise workout 1 hours everyday and also after doing work out I do brisk walking 20 minutes and after coming home I take green tea and in night I take 4 roti with boil vegetables with 4 roti... Is my diet is good na to make a healthy life style I also want to lose weight plz check it ... Is ok and want to add some best cooking oil for mine plz tell which coking olive oil is best for cooking food which make a heart and healthy

Hi, iam 24 years old. 18 days back i got little nail scratched from my cat. The cat stays at home but ar night we let her go outside. Scratch wound healed after 3 days completely. Now the problem.is : 4 days back i had throat infection and light fever. Got relieved from.throat infection in 3 days. Iam.not able to sleep from past 2 days..hardly 1-2 hours. Because of that feeling heavy head. I wake up whenever get a dream of rabies in my dream scared. My cat is completely ok from 18 days, i dont see any difference in her behavior . Iam afraid i might have rabies . Also feeling always thirsty even after drinking lota of water. Please help if i have rabies or its just me who is overthinking
