Feels like throat is choked unable to breath normally and feel feverish although there is no fever And get burps very few times continuously Can't lie down ,feels like throat is chocked and unable to breath No pain no sneezing

Sir I have body temperature between 96-98F I check 4times today.. But I still feel heat temperature in my forehead... Only in forehead and little bit in neck no where else in body...I don't have running nose or anything else.... Just feel heat temperature in forehead area.... what do go...??
