Respected doctor, my attaching my recent uacr report right here,with symptoms ankle swelling urine less even intake of sufficient water, serum creatinine is normal 0.46, don't feel to go washroom in morning but it happens in evening time. MY NEPHROLOGIST IS SAYING WE NEED TO REPEAT UACR AGAIN AFYER ONE MONTH SO THAT HE CAN CONCLUDE ANY SIGNIFICANT SIGN REGARDING KIDNEYS PROBLEMS so my question is this ye problem or nhi bdh jaegi agar Iska time rhte cure nhi hua toh?plz check and response

Hi, I am facing problem with urinating multiple times..I am fed up as I have to urinate multiple times in a day more than 20 times in day aa well as  night.My frequency is so much that I feel urge to urinate after every 20- 30 minutes.Please help..

Was in a minor road accident. Foot got a wound by scooter stand. Had a good amount of bleeding. Went to get tetanus shot after cleaning the wound with dettol. Got normal tetanus toxoid injection in outer thigh region. Forgot to tell the doctor that I haven't taken a shot in last 10 years. Is this information important or all good ?
