Flu

I am having 100 degree fever along with vomiting and diarrhoea. Vomiting is controlled with medicine. Taking ondem and Monocef O along eith Paracetamol. But, still having watery stool multiple times in a day. Got lab test done. Seems to be Typhoid. Attaching report. Please advice what to do for this.

I have been having Random muscle twitches all over body for a month then I did a full body checkup and vitamin b12 was 117 and D3 was 65 I started taking vitamin b12 injection as my doctor suggested but will these twitches go away once my vitamin is normal or will remain  permanent as i heard that b12 deficiency can cause permant neuro muscular damage...

From 2-3 days facing symptoms of Constipation, gas trouble and burping. Yesterday went for consulation with the doctor he prescribed nexpro rd 40 for my issue. I eat before the food, but when i slept for a 2 hour, i felt discomfort under the chest of both side,flactuating from one side to another, and at the same time the feeling food stuck at the throat feeling also which also flactuates from one side of the throat to another side of the throat. Mostly on the right part. Due to this gabrahat feeling also there. But my bp is normal the doctor said. Could you please guide me what can be the reason for this issue, anything major?

Is cefpodoxime proxetil and podocef cv 200 are same. I bought it from pradan mantri ayush shop. I want to know whether both are same and can be given for bronchitis for my grandfather aged 75 yrs.
