Sir my body temperature is 95.3F...I feel temperature  in body form 3,4 days in forehead and neck  I measured..... is the hypothermia?? Is the do any damage my brain???

Hi, good day, I was feeding a stray and it accidentally held one of my finger. It was not too hard. I did not get injured, infact not even a scratch. I do not have any existing injuries on the finger he bit. I just wanted to find out if I will have to get any injections or if it is ok. I also made sure that I washed the finger with clean water and soap and also disinfected it with Dettol solution. Kindly let me know how I have to proceed.

This happens to me in every winter. As days gets colder my feet starts freezing to an extreme extent. The entire body remains warm except the feet. I need to warm my feet 5 times a day with the heater. Keeping socks seldom helps. It freezes to such an extent that I start shivering and sometimes it turns numb as well..how to cure it.
