If you have only cold and cough as of now, no need of taking these medications.
Take steam inhalation 3-4 times a day.
Do betadine gargles or with lukewarm water and salt.
Tab. Cetrizine is known to cause sleep, so take it before bed time
The medicines are fine. Tab.Citrazine leads to dizziness ,so its better if you take that medicine before you sleep in the night, like 15 minutes before. Better to stop taking ivermectin . If you are having low cold and low cough, just take steam thrice a day and do gargles with luke warm water and salt when you wake up in the morning and before going to sleep in the night. Proper fluid intake is very important.
Thank You.
