If i had taken tetnus injection 5-6 months back...do.i need to.take again for mild cat scratch ? Is it.mandatory to.take.it.again ?

I had gasrtic issue for long time, so did gastrosocpy. I was diagnosed with gerd and chronic gastritics. Doctor gave me astopraz LSR and oxykem-s syrup for it. As i had anxiety due to this, he also gave me Kometixol (Flupenthixol 0.5mg + Melitracen 10mg). When I came home and searched about Flupenthixol + Melitracen, it shows it is banned in few countries, also it may not be given if person has parkingson. I don't have Parkinson but my father has it, so I am bit confused if it is fine to take Kometixol. Please guide me.

I missed my daily multivitamin dose, can i have two pills of multivitamins in a day to recoup the dosage?

I got nail scratch from cat 20 days back. It was mild and got healed in 3 days. Cat is still.okay and no changes in her behaviour. She is still living normally with her 3 kids. Is there any risk of rabies to me ?

I am 34 years old male. 70 kg. Height 5'5". I am observing my bp since last 10 days. Readings are: 140/100 132/82 130/100 140/100  130/90 135/84 130/90 138/90 142/90 134/98 I want to know if these readings are okay? Or do I need to further test or start medicine at this stage?
