My mom has fever from 10 days fluctuating from 98.6 to 104°F over the course of the day with the highest fever at every night (104°F). She is suffering from fever, chills, headache, fatigue, sometimes joint/muscle pain (not regularly). She is negative for dengue, malaria, typhoid, and covid. She has been taking paracetamol, dolo, vit c, Citrus fruits, goat's raw milk, papaya leaf juice, kadha, but she is not recovering. What could be the reason, which test shall we for now? Or what is the disease?

I am having fever and tonsillitis since 2 days. The current body temperature was measured to be 102°F.

So to start, my problem when i eat even a little spicy are these: 1. Lot of smelly farts ;(. 2. Constipation/sticky stool 3. Itchy anus So right now m taking sporolac ds daily(since 2 days), and it's a little okay, better than before.. Probably ibs or something. On sunday my sister's wedding is there and I don't wanna miss out on eating and enjoying there, please suggest me some medicine to help with digestion for next 2-3 days. In summary, i have a very controlled diet(as i had a tiny gb polyp, hence i am on healthy diet only), but sometimes situation forces me to eat spicy/oily food. But I don't eat junk or fatty food at all. So please help me with the medicines. And another thing i wanted to ask, can I take on fish oil supplements daily?(will it react with sporolac ds?)

Is 96.5 f normal body temperature? My dropped that is why i asked i was worried but my body temperature is coming back to normal now
