From the last 8 months, i am having skin round red shiny rashes at the arms joints of both hands. The redness comes and go. No itching. Starts with a red shiny round rash at the upper arms joint and ends with dry scally skin and it becomes normal. My question is can i take covid covishield vaccine if i am having this kind of skin condition. Whther after taking covid vaccine side effects or anaphalaxis occurs post vaccination due to this skin condition. Please suggest me. Photos attached.

Hi doctor, My brother aged 28, having fever continuously 100+ since 24 hours. We have given dolo 650 4 tablet so far but fever is not reducing. I did cbc. And cbc is normal. I am in Bangalore and it is heavy raining here since 4 days. I am little worried that why does fever not come down even after 4 tablet?? He is not having other symtom Attached prescription.

Hi Doctor Whenever I eat something I feel bloated after every meal and this makes me uncomfortable every time I have food.. So I started out skipping the night meal and not to have anything after 8 PM so I feel relaxed and able to breathe after that. I have been told i have ibs. But my stools are normal now, but why m i losing weight despite eating properly? 4-5 meals a day? Also a my farts are smelly, is there any medicine for this? Hi, My brother who's 16 years old got tested negative for typhoid. Although his blood culture report says "Sensitive". We are giving him cedopil cv 200 twice for 6 days. Should we get a typhoid/blood culture test done again after the course is completed? Please suggest.

Sir, My wife is facing pain in right hand , shoulder and in two fingure of right hand I have done RA factor - Negative , HB -10 ESR PREVIOUS WAS -80 After doctor prescribed steroids medrol for 10 days now again ESR test done now ESR is 10 . But pain is still there in hand and in fingure and at night pain get worst. Please suggest what is tha issue.
