Does Adulteration restaurant chicken causes jaundice...?

I had restaurant chicken starter (tastes very poor and looks not good too) as dinner on 20th Jan and on 22nd morning i had light fever with covid symptoms and then tested positive for covid.. In blood tests total bilurubin level was at 1.9...
My question is ...does with adulteration food jaundice comes in 2 days ?... Please answer thank you

infective hepatitis have a longer incubation period--so most probably it is a co-incidence .
if you had confirmed Covid on 22 nd-- then most probably the high bilirubin level is a symptom of Covid(not very common) as Covid can affect liver also.
