Why can't gallstones be removed, why does the entire organ gallbladder have to be removed, if there are gallstones

i feel -if the gallstones are not making symptoms like pain--there is no need for surgery. If they go into bile ducts and block them -intense pain will be there and may require surgery . it may cause inflammation and infection in gall bladder ;bile duct ;pancreas etc. which also may need surgery.
