Can we eat meat chicken mutton fish eggs after carona vaccine first dose? Are there any foods to avoid ?

My mother is always feel sleepy whenever she go bed she sleep always feel sleepy she is active in work but she feel sleepy and too much sleep.. is it normal or any issue if she alwys feel sleepy

From yesterday i am having right side throat scratch feeling. Constpiated for the last 3-4 days. Sometime i also have a feeling of something stuck at the right throat feeling. Today this itchy sensation increased. And i also noticed the same issue with my parents they also had a sudden cough like feeling for a minutes. Here the weather is sometime too cold and sometime hot. My parents are fully vaccinated. Now they don't have coughing sensations. I only have a scratch sensation in throat.

From the last 8 months, i am having skin round red shiny rashes at the arms joints of both hands. The redness comes and go. No itching. Starts with a red shiny round rash at the upper arms joint and ends with dry scally skin and it becomes normal. Hi doctor, My brother aged 28, having fever continuously 100+ since 24 hours. We have given dolo 650 4 tablet so far but fever is not reducing. I did cbc. And cbc is normal. I am in Bangalore and it is heavy raining here since 4 days. I am little worried that why does fever not come down even after 4 tablet?? He is not having other symtom Attached prescription.

Hi Doctor Whenever I eat something I feel bloated after every meal and this makes me uncomfortable every time I have food.. So I started out skipping the night meal and not to have anything after 8 PM so I feel relaxed and able to breathe after that. I feel like having so much of my favourite dishes but not able to coz of this Can you please take time and advise on this what I can do?
