I had a fever for 2 times a day at 15.11.2021, then consulted doctor he had given calpol 500 mg and i got normal the next days. At that time also spo2 was normal hr was 108 bpm. Till 21.11.2021 morning i felt very well. Then again light fever again started and headache. But no cough and no any other symptoms. Now also vitals such as spo2 and hr is normal. Can you please tell me why this fever happening in a gaps. Please help me.

Pain at abdomen and ribs during stretching and sneezing. The pain is not always present but persistent at times. I have taken a abdomen scan and it said liver enlarged to 16.5. Is this something to be worried about? Anything to change in my food habit?
