Having uncontrolled high BP since last 3 months ..was 160-170/100 range but has increased to 180-190/100-120 in the last few days..has been advised Telma H 40 and Polypropanol 20 twice daily since yesterday by doctor..have regular panic attack where palpitation increases and BP shoots up

Right side node in neck
Hello dr ,
Not getting too much pain, have small soft type node in neck. I were feeling before 2 days. While doing neck movement right to left that time having mild pain like sprain.
What is this exactly?
