So i have lost 1-2 kgs in last 1-2 months, even with regular weight training and eating sufficiently. I was having stomach issues, turned out to be antral gastritis due to h pylori. I look skinny and have become thin, will this reverse once this infection and gastritis is cleared? Is this common with h pylori?

I had fever like flue for a week each for five times in last one year. Never had fever before this for years. This is the first time. Not able to understand why I am falling sick with fever so easily this year. I got vaccination done and didn't have sever COVID. The first episode of fever happened in 2020. Very mild with weakness and was gone in two days. I lost my smell and taste then. So it might be COVID. But post that episode of fever it's the 5th time I am down with viral like symptoms. Please let me know what could be the underlying reason or should I get any tests done?
