I regularly go to gym.After coming from gym I take my breakfast and go to bed .From that time I don't get any energy.I feel sleepy all day.After lunch,I again lie and sleep.In evening I am active a little bit.Why I feel sleepy all the day and have no energy even if I go to gym, working out regularly and have a good diet.

I'm suffering from dengue and it is my sixth day yesterday my platlets were 180000 and today they dropped to 150000 , sgpt amd sgot 219 . I am on intravenous fluid ,what are the chances of my platlets dropping further ??

Hi doctor, My brother age 28, diagnosed with chicken pox. He is having fever since 3 days. If he takes dolo 650 then fever goes down but it comes back again and goes till 103 after 6 hour of medicine. We did twice blood test and only platelet has decarsed to 124lakh. I am worried about fever. Why it is coming again and again? Will get subside ??. What should we do?? We are doing religious treatment as of now.

Hello, today in the morning when I woke up, I felt like my eyes rolled, I felt dizzy and had sweating. Can you guide me whether I need to see a doctor or is it okay.

Does fever in evening points TB or HIV. My maximum temperature goes till 100 degree. This evening fever occured only 2 times in a gap of 6 days. I don't have any cough or no other symptoms. Sometime i have bachaches which resolves automatically. Evening fever are cause for concern at the age of 25 who is following covid protocol also by wearing mask and hand washing.

Since last 10 days i have switched to oats for breakfast and I have noticed my urination times has increased. Is it possible due to oats ? Is it okay to continue ? My Hba1c in nov week 1 was 5.9.
