I was feeling fatigue and difficultly in sleeping and have done full body checkup and there's Vitamin D deficiency came - 10 ng/ml. Should i take Vitamin D3 capsules? Or sun light is enough to get back to normal range.

Hi My menstrual cycles generally depends on my physical and mental activities. If I am too relaxed I get my periods in 32 to 40 days and if I am too stressed I get my periods in 28 days. However, since last two months I am getting it in 20 days. I am too tired on first day with heavy bleeding but from second day I feel normal. Is it normal or I need to get myself check with doctor?
