Flu

I am attaching my Thyroid test reports which just came one week ago, , I wanted to check if this comes under hypo or hyper? T3 and T4 are in required range but TSH is 12.84. Also my doctor has prescribed thyronorm 25mcg so is this fine as per the test reports?

Suddenly iam getting chest pain like getting more pressure on to the heart and sometimes iam not able to walk through more distance

Since morning, my head and body got hot once or twice in class and i got headache too. I was feeling very cold and kinda shivering in between. Hands and feets are cold. What i must do?

I mostly do every day jogging and brisk walking 1 hours and mostly I have to lose my weight im 6.1 inch tall guy my weight is 98 kg how much weight is ideal for me according to my height ...mostly I take. 1 plate full fruits in my breakfast with 4 soaked pistachio and green tea I take 3 time in a days  and some times I take toned milk with Oatmeal with adding a honey and fruits in lunch I take 3 roti with a half plate brownrice with a boil vegetables with adding pinch of salt and in evening I do workout. 1 hours in a zym and do a brisk walking and after coming home I drink water and after 10 min of my workout I take green tea  after zym 15 minutes in night I take 3 roti with a boil vegetables Is my diet is good na for healthy heart and life style

Doctor i took Tetanus injection with anti Rabies vaccine on 9th November 2021 and today i got scratch by rusty nail so should again i have to take Tetanus injection??

Hi, My mother is a heart patient and is coughing continuously. she is using Grylinctus Syrup 100ml. Will that treat cough permanantly? it seems like induces brain signals to do not cough but that will be temporary I think. I think it is allergic cough so can we use that syrup for allergic cough?

Yesterday i felt some discomfortness after my dinner, felt not able to properly pass the gas,i felt gas is blocked. But today i am having left abdomen paining, not shart but a pain is there. Light loose stool also occured.

I have been prone to cold and cough Viral .I get cold very easily sometime, i get back to back like am still facing,its getting better but not fully gone i get it again . Now its been 10-15 days and getting the wheezing sound and nose is partially block . I have been taking sinarest , vicks and cough syrups , steam but wheezing is still there which is not making me sleep easily. It happens when i try to sleep .
