Hello, My father suffers from mild asthma problem which gets aggravated during winter. He has asthma since very long ( 20-25 years) and he takes regular medicine for the same. He has developed high blood sugar in 2020 for which also medication is started. I wanted to know if it's safe for him to take covid19 vaccine as there were some reports availa ooble online which indicates asthma condition may get worsened due to covid19 vaccine. Please suggest. I took Clinafit beta when i feel anxiety for a month and now when i stop taking it i feel so much anxiety , headache and fatigue . Is it withdrawal symptoms . What shall i do ?

I went for shopping 3 days back and it was raining outside. I think I caught cold as the very next day I started having itchy throat. And now, my body pains so much that even touching hurts. I cough day and night. Last night I woke up from sleep to cough. And I couldn't pull myself up in the morning because of weakness and body pain. I'm eating paracetamol from yesterday. 3 dose in total so far including this morning. But the symptoms don't seem to go away. What diet should I have which helps to ease these symptoms and are there more medicines that I should take?
