I've hypothyroidism since 5 years and on 100 mcg eltroxin. Can I periodically donate blood? Are there any potential risks for me or the recipients?

I have COVID symptoms like cough,mild cold,fever, feeling taste less,head ache.i got COVID positive report.now my health condition is i hv cough and mild fever  i taking dolo tablet everyday and having time to time food and hot water regularly this is what I having now. i facing difficulty in breathing i don't know why I can breath but i facing difficulty while breathing.i am panic. On Nov 26, I had c sec... but few days back while passing stool, I had knife like pain.. and then itching whole day specially while sitting, I started using duphlac with that I felt fine and I though my pain has subsided, so I stopped the medicine but again from yesterday (after 1 day of stopping duphlac) again that knife cut like pain started while defacating...

My father eosinophills in differential leucocyte count(DLC) is 8.90( refernce range is 1-6). And eosinophill in absolute leucocyte count is 0.92( refernce range is (0.02-0.5). He is diagnosed with garde 1 medical renal disease in november. What is the reason of consitant high eosinophill.?

Hi doctor, I have been tested positive with COVID 19 in 6th Jan late evening. I have symptoms like fever around 100 and running nose, phelgm with weakness and fatigue. I am taking below medicine- 1. Dolo 650 twice a day 2. AUGPEN 625 twice a day 3. Montair lc once a day 4. Zincovit twice a day 5. Limcee twice a day 6. Uprise d3 60000 once a week Followed by steam inhalation and gargle with betadine. Shall I add anything more to the medicines? Please advice 🙏
