Taking multiple tablets together
I have been advised to take zincovit after food morning and night ,and vitaminnc 500mg 3 times a day after food..for immunity coverage I am already taking daily dose of atorlip 5 mg afterndinner.. My query is whether,all the above three ie,atorlip 5mg,zincovit and vitamin C 500 mg together...

Best you can take zincovit and vit.c together in morning and atorlip in noon.one time multivitamin is sufficient .
